Your satisfaction is our priority. At Everti.com.au, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review the following guidelines to understand your rights and our processes for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our Return Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, significantly different from their description, do not perform as intended, or fail to meet any consumer guarantees.
These rights apply in addition to the policies outlined below.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Everti.com.au within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind.

To qualify:

  • Products must be unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition with all tags, accessories, and documentation included

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate apparel

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Clearance / last-chance sale products

  • Gift cards and downloadable items

Refund Type

Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees unless required by law.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Eligibility

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what you ordered, please lodge a return request within 7 days of delivery using our return portal.

Remedies

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
For faulty or incorrect items:

  • We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs

  • Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Submit Your Return Request Online

All returns are managed through our secure AfterShip Return Portal.

Inside the portal you can:

  • Enter your order number

  • Provide a description of the issue

  • Upload photos (if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect)

  • Select refund, exchange, or replacement options

Step 2 — Receive Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and send follow-up instructions through AfterShip.

Step 3 — Pack & Ship Your Return

Once approved, please pack your item securely with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt until your return is processed.

Step 4 — Confirmation & Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email (through AfterShip).
Approved refunds, repairs, or replacements will be processed promptly.

5. Refund Processing Times

Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days after we confirm approval.
Processing times may vary by payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please submit a request through the AfterShip Return Portal.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Everti.com.au will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

8. Limitations & Conditions

Everti.com.au reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Proof of purchase may be required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
